The driver has access (on his cell phone) to the most recent routing information and he enters the status of each delivery (total delivery, partial delivery, customer absent, etc.)

At the same time the geographic location of the delivery is transmitted.   Training on the use of the application lasts a few minutes, with no special technical knowledge required.

Within e-TRACK’s complete application, the following can be monitored:

o  vehicle position on updated digital maps.

o  real-time delivery status.

o  outstanding delivery points (not yet serviced)

o  multitude of notifications (deviation from route, long stops, cell phone battery charge status)

Dynamic change/update of routes directly from the routing office (re-routing) and instant notification of drivers.  Cooperation with the routing module (e-TRACK Scheduler) within e-TRACK (manual or automatic).

The driver, from his Android phone (equipped with GPS), can enter the geographic locations (coordinates) of new delivery points.

Ability to send the receiver’s electronic signature to the delivery document.

It is no longer necessary for the driver to know the delivery area, navigation is provided to each delivery point.

There is no longer a problem in the event of an emergency driver replacement.

Easy and dynamic notification of your customers on the status of their delivery through:

o  your company’s web page

o  the automated transmission of an email message

o  direct access to the information for selective sending of email messages.

Option to use the system either through a server at Emphasis Telematics or a local installation at your company.

The cooperation with your company’s WMS or ERP (order and routing import, delivery exports, etc.) occurs either simply with the exchange of Excel files or with the implementation of a permanent link for instant two-way updates.
