Architecture

The e-TRACK system consists of the following parts:

Vehicle Unit is the electronic device installed in the vehicle that constantly records the vehicle's position as well as other interesting data. Vehicle tracking is based on the GPS (Global Positioning System) satellite tracking system.

Telecommunications optimally utilise the GPRS network and allow on-line notification regarding the position and status of your corporate vehicles.

Base Station is your fleet management centre. You may receive the required information, either through direct communication with the vehicles or over the Internet (by connecting to the e-TRACK^® Server).

• Interconnection with ERP systems, automated routing, invoice issuing and direct receipt of orders on-the-vehicle, electronic transaction monitoring, RFID
• e-LOCATOR, a unique system that automatically imports customer lists and places them on high resolution maps
• e-REPORT, allows you to reach immediate conclusions regarding the performance of your fleet, distribution costs, customer service levels, and observation of cargo temperatures
• Complete route, with time of commencement/conclusion, exact route, travelling speed and stop duration
• Alarms for dealing with emergency situations such as cargo temperature, deviation from scheduled route, excess speed, unplanned opening of doors, violation of safety regulations. Handling of alarms by sending SMS and e-mail notifications
• Extremely simple, multilingual application software
